The skills to active!

The project aims to train youth workers how to organize and conduct sporting event. It will be held in town of Smolyan, which is very beautiful city in the middle of Rodopi’s mountain in Bulgaria.
The program is set to have trainings every day. What we envisage happening will be in the following order: The first days will train participants in what a sporting event is and what tools аre you need to use in organizing and holding. The next two days will do urban competitions in football, basketball and Bocce. In the games we will try to join and athletes with mental disabilities. After the sporting events will have two days to summarize and develop a strategy for holding similar events in Romania and Croatia

We expected the sporting events to include more than 120 athletes. This means that the first two days of training will divide youth workers in teams and each team will have specific assignments.
All participants will be accommodated in a hotel features a football and a basketball court, so we can make a good preparation for the event.
Each organization will have to prepare a presentation on issues related to the project. Our proposal is as follows: Romanian organization made a presentation about the health and proper nutrition. Romanian organization has a successful project concerning health way of life and can tell a lot of successful experience. Croatian organization may present Bocce sport to the youth workers.
